You can delete your account directly in settings without support approval.
Self-service
Open account settings, complete recent security verification with a connected identity, expand “Delete account”, type DELETE, and confirm. Successful deletion immediately revokes all sessions. The site cannot restore the account. Signing in again creates a new account.
What is removed
Your name, three connected identities, consent records, all sessions, and pending binding/merge requests are removed. Your comment text and authorship links are cleared; anonymous empty positions preserve others’ replies. The site cannot remove downloaded copies, search-engine caches, or your third-party accounts.
Backups or lost access
See privacy notice for backup and security-record retention. If you cannot sign in, have lost all methods, or need further removal of public records, email “InfoMayfly account deletion request” with your display name, relevant pages, and an identity you can still access. Do not send passwords, SMS codes, or complete identity documents. We will arrange necessary ownership verification.
