These terms cover InfoMayfly (infomayfly.com), operated by Chenyang Wu. Reading needs no account. Accounts, connected sign-in methods, and participation in discussions are free.
Accounts and security
An account can connect one phone number, one Google identity, and one GitHub identity. New identities require verification. Unlinking requires recent verification and at least one remaining sign-in method. Use only identities you are entitled to use, and protect your codes and devices. Linking an identity belonging to another account requires proof of both accounts and explicit merge confirmation. A merge keeps the current account and display name, transfers the other account’s identities and comments, and revokes other sessions. Resolve duplicate provider connections first; contact the operator about merging a moderation account.
Discussions and content rights
Stay on topic and respect others. Avoid impersonation, harassment, discrimination, spam, malicious code, and infringement of privacy or intellectual property. You retain rights in your comments and permit the site to store, display, and format them as necessary to provide discussions. This permission does not authorize selling comments or using them to train models. Submit only content you are entitled to publish.
Moderation
Comments may require review. The operator may remove prohibited content, limit spam, or suspend discussion access. To appeal, email the relevant page, comment ID, and reasons. We will review the request and respond.
Leaving and deletion
You can delete your comments and use account settings to delete your account. Deletion removes your name, connected identities, consent records, and sessions, and clears all your comment text. Anonymous empty comment positions and other people’s replies remain. Signing in again creates a new account. See account deletion and privacy notice.
Research, rights, and availability
Articles express the author’s views. Research claims are bounded by their stated evidence, assumptions, and scope. AI-assisted translations may differ. Attribute citations and follow any stated license for further use; rights not expressly granted remain with their holders. We aim to maintain availability, but third-party authentication, SMS, and hosting may be interrupted. These terms do not limit rights or responsibilities under applicable law.
Changes
This page states its version and effective date. Material changes affecting account use, data processing, or rights will be explained in account notices, with renewed consent where required. You may stop using the service or delete your account.
